Relations between the US and European countries has always been one of the most important pillars of the today's international system and Western hegemony over the global structures. The relations basically formed during the colonial times and since then the Western countries have tried to keep their problems among themselves and do not let them block their way of gaining interest from other regions. Trump's victory in 2016 elections and his different slogans from the one hand، and the problems of power structure in the West raises the two questions that how the US-Europe relations have changed during these years and how fundamental they are.
The present paper hypothesizes that there have been substantial changes in the relations of these two sides، but the fundamental change (whose ideas have been gradually formed) is yet to come. The US-Europe relations have been examined within the fore frameworks of the US relations with the European Union، and with the three important countries of England، France and Germany. The most significant common ground of the relations has been the discussion to fight terrorism; however، the two sides have had a lot of disagreements over the economic، business، security، military and identical affairs. The US relations have most changed with Germany.

Key words: the United States of America، European Union، foreign relations، France، England، Germany.
