Trump: an Immature and Failed Leader

1-Coronavirus became a benchmark to test the level of readiness to face the crises for all the governments and powers of the world. It is not totally unexpected for the poor, developing or sanctioned countries get into trouble or face limitations in managing the medical or living issues of their people. People were worried about finding masks or hygienic or cleaning material during the first weeks of covid-19 pandemic in all parts of the world. However, American people's terror of famine and their raiding of the supermarkets in different states of the United States could only show how unprepared the officials and authorities were in the country that claims can manage the world. Trump, who won the White House with economic promises and suggestions for solving people's financial problems, turned out to be quite incompetent, if not a charlatan.

He won the 2017 presidential elections only because he said he had focused on solving the economic problems, renovating the infrastructures and providing security. He took advantage of a series of economic problems and could attract the attention of the people and win their votes. However, after he found his way to the White House, it turned out that his first decision isn't inside the framework of his slogans at all. The first announcement published in Trumps campaign center was about deporting the Muslims from the United States of America. He tried to promote Islam-phobia and posit Islam as a menace for all the countries in the world. The American authorities during Trump's presidency turned the country into a police state and introduced Islam and the Muslims (especially the Islamic Republic of Iran) as real main threats of the world; they furthered their anti-Muslim propaganda and divided the White House wings between the most radical anti-Islam and anti-Iran figures.
They missed no opportunity to oppose Islam and Iran and brazenly promoted their cause to antagonize Iran. They needed a made-up enemy in order to trick people into accompanying them; therefore, they introduced Islam and the Muslims as the global strategic threats to the world. But, today that Trump is spending his last year as the tenant of the White House, the pure Islam that our Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessing be upon him) brought to us is calling the eager seekers louder than ever toward itself, and the Islamic Republic of Iran, despite all the continuous mischiefs of White House, is standing against the illogical ambitions of the White House more strongly than ever and has played an important and proud role in the conflicts in Syria, Iraq, Lebanon and Yemen, and has been deftly managing the affairs of the country during the covid-19 pandemic, has never had any social or medical crisis and never seen a store looted for food or supplies.
It was the most important part of Trump's series of failures during the time he was sitting pretty in the White House to see that covid-19 pandemic and what followed it could upset the social layers of the American society but his tough enemy, i.e. Iran, suffering from America's unfair sanctions, is patiently, calmly and decisively stepping on the way to success and improvement.

2-Trump's second failure is that America's general inclination is shifting towards moderation and balance in dealing with international transformations and incidents. This return to moderation and distancing from impulsive sentimental approaches would decrease Trump's chances of surviving in the White House. Today, the American society is not satisfied with the out of the ordinary behavior of the president who is also accused of supporting terrorism and its supporters. They don't seem to accept that supporting a country like Saudi Arabia that presents freedom and human rights in the form of what they did to Jamal Khashoggi, fits with democratic standards. American people are ashamed of the fact that it's the American weaponry killing and suppressing the hard-working resilient people of Yemen. American politicians seem to consider the name and presence of someone like Trump in the White House as a disgrace to their reputation. Needless to say, Trump's stand on domestic issues and his policies for the internal equations and his behavior towards the Muslims and African-American people have also made him to fall more from American people's favor. It's mostly because the colored migrants represent a demographic block which is fast moving up in the US. In 1965, the comprised of 12 per cent of the society and are now, after 75 years, 37 per cent of the American population. At this rate, they could comprise the majority of the population in 2050. In 1950, 90 per cent of the American population was white people, but today, the white people, including the Latin Americans, comprise 77 per cent and 60 per cent of the population excluding the Latin Americans. Thus, given the population density, Trump's racist policies will bring about a vague future for the social security of the country and unbalance the political power in the United States, displaying a full picture of all of Trump's failures both domestically and internationally.

3-Another failure Trump will not be able to hide is the series of downturns in American economic capacities and powers in the world. American economic power was growing for a long time on an equal level with the East till 1980. However, nowadays, economic powers of the East are growing twice as much. Hence, globalization is gradually bringing worries for the United States. Obama was worried about the same thing and said, in his last meeting with the leaders of G20, that we supported globalization, but we didn't know that it would grow so fast. When the average annual income is $46,000 in America and $6,000 in Asia, naturally many of the jobs in America are moved abroad leading to a steep increase in unemployment rates. World Bank statistics show that the US is losing its economic privileges. Many of the global banks in this country have lost their privileges and this means a drastic change in the economy. The US government is lying about the unemployment rates because it doesn't include the black unemployment rate. Thus, the unemployment rates are much higher than officially announced. Another important issue in the United States is the inequality of income and wealth especially between black and white families. White people have the mean family wealth of $137,000, while the same number for blacks is $11,000 and for the Hispanics $13,000, hence the big economic gap. The fear of globalization is a real one.

4-Trump's other embarrassment stems from his false claims about fighting terrorism. Fighting terrorism was from the beginning followed like a joke in the US. Nobody believed that the founders of Al-Qaeda and the ISIS would actually fight them. When Hillary Clinton, as the secretary of state and presidential candidate divulged information regarding her country's role in forming terrorist groups, we sure can't trust the US government's claims about fighting terrorism, especially after they assassinated the martyr Haj Qasem Soleimani who was known in the world as the hero of fighting the ISIS (and his name will go down in history as a true terrorist-fighter). Who in the world wouldn't sneer at US claims to fight terrorism when they desperately assassinated the hero of fighting terrorism in another country and hideously confessed to that?

5-The most serious damage Trump did to domestic politics was that he introduced his country to the world as a destabilizing and divisive agent. General James Mattis, the former US secretary of defense, accused Trump of splitting the American society; he said, "Donald Trump is the first president in my lifetime who does not try to unite the American people—does not even pretend to try. Instead, he tries to divide us," Mattis added, "We are witnessing the consequences of three years of this deliberate effort. We are witnessing the consequences of three years without mature leadership."
